How do I place an order on USA Retail Realm LLC?
Placing an order is simple! Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can checkout as a guest or create an account for faster future purchases. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and more.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, we begin processing and cannot guarantee changes. Please contact us immediately at sales@usaretailrealm.com or call +13462966384 if you need to make changes.
Is there a minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order amount at USA Retail Realm LLC. However, orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. For smaller orders, a flat shipping rate applies.
How do I use a coupon or promo code?
Enter your coupon code in the "Coupon Code" field on the Cart page or during Checkout, then click "Apply." The discount will be automatically applied to your order total. One coupon per order unless otherwise stated.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with your tracking number. You can also view order status by logging into My Account β My Orders. We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping (2 business days) and Overnight shipping options are available at checkout. Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship same day on business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50. No code needed β it's applied automatically. Subscribe to our newsletter for occasional free shipping promotions on smaller orders too!
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, USA Retail Realm LLC ships exclusively within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories like Puerto Rico. We're working on international shipping β stay tuned!
What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at sales@usaretailrealm.com. We'll investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund your order promptly.
What is your return policy?
We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, return items in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Some exclusions apply (food, opened beauty products, etc.).
How do I start a return?
Log into My Account β My Orders β Select your order β Click "Return Item." You'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email within 24 hours. Pack the item securely and drop it off at any USPS or UPS location.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your returned item, we process refunds within 2-3 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
What items cannot be returned?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on: opened food/grocery items, opened beauty/personal care products, digital downloads, customized items, and items marked "Final Sale." Please check product pages for specific policies.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL security. We never store your complete card details.

How do I update my billing/shipping address?
Log into My Account β Addresses β Edit your billing or shipping address. You can save multiple shipping addresses for easy checkout in the future.
How do I delete my account?
To request account deletion, please email sales@usaretailrealm.com with your registered email. We'll process your request within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Are your products authentic and genuine?
Yes, 100%! We source all products directly from authorized distributors and brand representatives. We have a strict no-counterfeit policy and thoroughly vet all our suppliers. Shop with complete confidence.
What if a product I want is out of stock?
Click "Notify Me When Available" on the product page. We'll email you as soon as it's back in stock. You can also reach out to our support team to check expected restock dates.
Do you have a price match guarantee?
Yes! If you find an identical product at a lower price from an authorized US retailer, contact us with proof and we'll match it. The competitor must be an authorized retailer with the item in stock.
How do I know if a product is right for me?
