1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the USA Retail Realm LLC website (usaretailrealm.com) and all related services. By making a purchase or creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Account Registration

• Not sharing your account with others or using another person's account

3. Products and Pricing

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes where shown.

4. Orders and Payment

• By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order
• Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when the order ships
• Payment is due at the time of purchase; we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, and other listed methods
• We use secure, PCI-compliant payment processing; we never store your full payment card details
• We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud without notice

5. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for purchased items passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Please inspect all deliveries and report damage within 48 hours.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our 30-day return policy allows returns of unused items in original packaging. The following are not eligible for return: perishable goods, opened personal care/beauty products, digital products, gift cards, hazardous materials, and items marked as Final Sale. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on usaretailrealm.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — is the property of USA Retail Realm LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by US and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, USA Retail Realm LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
